pompp is an R package used for presence-only data where marks are associated with the locations. It will get more functionalities over time and the newest version will always be available in this page.
Note: Github CRAN test fails because of the long runtimes for the examples, but the fact that it's in CRAN means that it works.
The CRAN version can be installed with
install.packages("pompp")
To install the latest version from this repository, first make sure you have a C++ compiler on your computer. Then run
install.packages("devtools")
and finally
